GLAANUS

After the arrival at Glaanus, the 250 explorers were divided into 5 clans, in which the only requirement for each was for them to choose their leader through a democratic election. Every thirty days, the five clans would unite in a neutral, ungoverned area where they spoke about political and economic matters.

After the departure of Captain Saul, who joined the Infinity Knights, new elections were made, between Saul's deputy, Carlai, and the clan's army corporal, Corporal Zixane. After losing to Carlai, Zixane ordered a coup, imprisoning Carlai and taking over the clan (Genesis Clan). He became dictator of the Genesis Clan and planned to take over every single region of the Glaanus Planet.

Ever since his rise to power, efforts have been made to stop him, but every attempt has failed; very clan has joined to fight Genesis Clan, but Zixane has managed to defeat them and take over even more land. Zixane and his followers have taken over almost half of the planet, leaving the other 4 clans (now known as the Union Clan, having united) with smaller regions. The region (Genesis) has become into a failed state, having smaller ethnic groups, or smaller clans, terrorize citizens.

The Union Clan has made efforts to contact Saul and the Infinity Knights to help them solve this issue, but have had little luck into reaching them. The Shotoku United Planets Community have had little impact as well, being neutral in the matter. Planet Glaanus has become divided, and need help to restore the agreed democracy in every clan.
